柳瀬です。今回のご質問は「正月は暮れに」は英語でどう言えばいいですか？です。。正月を英語で言うと“at New Year's"です。
例文です。（正月には毎年田舎に帰ります）“ I go home at New year's every year. 正月は会社がお休みです）。の場合は“ Company is closed for New Year holidays." (正月は帰国します。)“go back to my own country for New Year holidays."
次に「暮れに」を英語で言うと“at the end of the year" 「年の暮れに」"at the end of the year“「年の暮れに」" at the end of the year―at the close of the year."
「年末年始」は"at the end of the year and the beginning of the year."（年末年始は忙しい）“the year-end and New Year holidays are busy."
メールで書く場合の例文です。（年末年始の休暇のため12月29日から1月4日まではお休みとなります。"Due to the New Year's holiday season, we will close from December 29 to January 4."
年末年始の休暇は何日くらい取れるのですか？と質問する時は“For how many days can you be off during the New Year season?"
今年は１２月２９日（土）年末休みで１月４日?仕事始めですが１月７日?という職場もあります。時の英語表現をおぼえて役立ててください。暮れは"at the end of the year"です。
